For 2nd time, N.L. judge slams police handling of intimate partner violence cases

A Newfoundland and Labrador provincial court judge is once again taking police to task over failing to address intimate partner violence, and says the training the RNC receives when it comes to IPV cases “needs to be reviewed.”
