7 Montreal police officers fired for misconduct will contest decision

In an internal union memo, Yves Francoeur, the president of the Fraternité des policiers et policières de Montréal — also known as the Montreal police brotherhood — said the manner in which the Montreal police force dismissed the officers raises “fundamental questions of law.”
