Consumer agency says unclear bank fees can add up for customers

Financial Consumer Agency of Canada says the bigger picture on how much Canadians pay in bank fees might be more murky than it should be, with foreign exchange fees and fees based on usage adding up for less wealthy Canadians in particular.
