Conservatives seek relevance, unity in B.C. gathering ahead of Parliament’s return

Before MPs return to Ottawa next week, Conservatives are gathering in Penticton, B.C., to plan priorities for Parliament this fall. They’re looking for space in a national conversation dominated by Canadians’ concerns over the trade war with U.S. President Donald Trump.
