‘It was like a tsunami’: Massive flooding in St. Catharines, Ont., leaves residents in grief and shock

Amid a state of emergency from the fallout of two storms within a week, people in St. Catharines say they’re in shock and grief as they deal with severe flooding in their homes and elsewhere in the city. Firefighters say their work has included rescuing some people trapped in cars by the waters.
