EU calls emergency meeting over Ceuta border crisis

The European Union has called an emergency meeting to discuss the crossing of tens of thousands of Moroccan migrants into the Spanish exclave of Ceuta last week. The meeting follows a joint letter from 22 member states calling for action and the need to strengthen EU borders.
