Alberta, Saskatchewan offer ‘most compelling’ case for U.S. oil supply: Hoekstra

The U.S. needs to find three to four million more barrels of oil per day over the next decade, and Canada can be one of the best places to get it, says Pete Hoekstra, adding that the trade relationship between Canada and the U.S. is critical for national security and economic reasons.
