Earlier this year, Kane Brown and his family moved into a new house on 30 acres and he and a few friends went to explore the land. He recently shared the experience of getting so lost several months ago that he wound up calling police to help him find his way back to the house.
In a Facebook post that seems to have been deleted Kane wrote, “I told my wife I wanted to go check out the property. I’ll be 30 minutes. 30 minutes turned into 3 hours. It started raining, turned dark and dropped to 40 degrees. I left my phone on the back of my truck, my friend’s was on 7 %.”
Kane and his buddies were wearing shorts and T-shirts at the time, and what makes the story even more harrowing is that his property is surrounded by several cliffs. The ATV was running out of gas, and the trail they took into the woods was no longer visible.
